This year, we will be electing one (1) new Board member to a three (3) year term. If you cannot attend, please complete the proxy form you received in the mail recently, designating the specific homeowner you wish to vote for you.
Please keep in mind that you may give your proxy to ANY Lake Shore homeowner (not just the board members listed at the bottom of the proxy form) who is current in his or her dues.

Everyone, please be aware of the drug dealers in the house next to the pool. Drove by them today and saw them selling drugs to a guy on a yellow motorcycle. These punks need to leave!! Report all suspicious activity and maybe the police will do something. If they are selling drugs then undesirable people are coming into the neighborhood. This means danger to everyone. GET OUT!!!!!!!!
