Welcome to the Lake Shore Neighbors' Blog

We'd been thinking about starting this blog for awhile. We hope it grows into a useful forum that helps us to stay connected w/ one another; a place where neighbors w/ thoughtful, divergent opinions can have frank discussions.

We welcome your comments, criticisms, feedback, ideas, & suggestions.

Now that you're here, what can you do?

First, please check out what we've posted so far, especially the beautifully written post by JP Morris. As you read, please leave your comments (anonymously, if you prefer). There's a link after each post for comments.

Second, please consider posting to this blog yourself. We want you to share your experiences, opinions, & thoughts w/ us. If you are interested, send an e-mail request to onlinelakeshore@gmail.com.

Finally, if you'd like to receive e-mail whenever this blog is updated, subscribe to it by entering your e-mail address in the Get E-mail Updates field & clicking Subscribe.

Thank you for your interest!

I hope a lot of people see this and use it. There are people who walk around this neighborhood and it's hard to do when there are tree branches and cars parked on the sidewalk and we have to walk in the street and worry about the ones that drive fast talking on the cell phone almost hitting you. Help out please

Thank you for bringing up these issues. We'd be happy to address them on the blog.

Also, please send me an e-mail (onlinelakeshore@gmail.com) so we can discuss both issues: low hanging branches & dangerous drivers. I have a couple of ideas & would like to hear yours.

Thanks!
