Annual Meeting

We just left the annual meeting. It was over in about an hour & there were fourteen homeowners in attendance. We'll post our notes, but wanted to promptly hit the high points:

• Lanna & Connie were both re-elected.
• Our dues will likely increase every year by not more than 2.8% ($97 in Jan?).
• The fence is scheduled to be replaced in 2012.
